Mid-Level Provider will provide evaluation, management, and treatment of patients of the practice.

The provider will perform evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients under the direction of an attending physician. They are responsible for establishing treatment protocols, initiating therapy, and monitoring patient progress within an integrated care model.
Candidates must have an active Florida license and at least 2 years of experience in an internal medicine or primary care setting. Proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and EMR/EHR systems is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
