Quality Management Clerk - RYC (Behavioral Health)

Shift: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMJoin our team at the Robert Young Center as a Quality Management Clerk! In this role, you’ll help support high-quality behavioral health care by ensuring medical records are accurate, complete, and reliable. Responsibilities

• Review electronic medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Collect, validate, and analyze clinical and statistical data for reports, graphs, and scorecards.
• Support process improvements and performance initiatives to enhance patient care and program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Rule 132, HIPAA, 42 CFR, and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Education:
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelors’ Degree (preferred)

Experience

• Experience in quality management, resource utilization, or research.
• Behavioral health experience is a plus, but not required, less than 1 year is acceptable.
