Director, Nursing & Quality Resource Behavioral Health (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

This interim leadership role directs the delivery of quality general and psychiatric care across various behavioral health facilities, working with department directors to tailor staff development programs based on data analysis. The Director also assists in revising nursing policies, setting performance standards, and communicating nursing issues to medical staff and administration.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a Master's degree preferred, and experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, ideally with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis patient experience. Requirements include active RN licensure, willingness to obtain Compact licenses, CPR certification, and Crisis Prevention Training within 30 days.
