Position Overview As an Occupational Therapist with ASun Star, you will support youth and adults at our center by evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized therapy plans to enhance functional independence, sensory processing, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate closely with families, teachers, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure therapy aligns with participants’ goals and program objectives.

Schedule

Part-time, in-person with flexible day, evening, and weekend hours available based on availability and program needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized OT plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Monitor and document participant progress regularly. Collaborate with staff, families, and other clinicians to integrate therapy into daily activities. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or modifications to support participation.

Qualifications

Qualifications Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Active OT license in PA and/or NJ. Experience with pediatric or center-based populations preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in-person and part-time with flexible scheduling.
