Job Details: Job Location: Oconomowoc - Oconomowoc, WI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Join our team as a Rehab Director – Occupational Therapist Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000 (Sign-on bonus available only to external applicants) Greenfield Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve as our Rehab Director and lead therapy services in our skilled nursing facility in Oconomowoc, WI. The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of the rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. This role provides clinical and administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while maintaining a high standard of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The Rehabilitation Director also functions as a licensed Occupational Therapist providing direct patient care as needed. We are looking for leaders who: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services. Strong clinical reasoning and patient identification skills. Experience managing medical complexity and changing functional status. Comfortable collaborating with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Graduate from an accredited school with a bachelor's, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
