Key Responsibilities
Clinical Pharmacists ensure the accurate delivery of medications and compliance with regulatory standards while evaluating drug regimens. They also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide direct patient care and educate patients on optimal medication use.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited pharmacy program and possess an Indiana Pharmacist License. Two years of hospital pharmacy experience and CPR/BLS certification are also required or preferred.
