Join Bridges Homeward as a Foster Care Social Worker – 4.5-Day Week, Hybrid, $4K Bonus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. Comprehensive Foster Care Social Worker Cambridge, MA | Full-Time (33.5 hrs/week) | $52,000-$53,000 + $4,000 Bonus This position offers a $4,000 sign on bonus* *Paid $1,000 quarterly during your first year of employment. Key Responsibilities
The social worker will conduct weekly home visits to ensure the safety and well-being of foster youth while partnering with DCF on permanency planning. They are also responsible for providing case management, treatment planning, and participating in rotating after-hours on-call coverage.
Requirements
Candidates should hold an MSW or related degree, though a bachelor's degree with child welfare experience will be considered. Applicants must be able to obtain social work licensure within six months and possess a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle.
