Key Responsibilities

The Physician Assistant provides direct patient care in the neurocritical care unit, including physical assessments, medical interventions, and the performance of invasive procedures. They also collaborate with research staff on biomedical protocols and participate in the education of fellows, residents, and students.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of neurocritical care experience and hold current licensure as a Physician Assistant in California. Required certifications include NCCPA board certification, BLS, ACLS, and a valid DEA registration.
