Key Responsibilities

The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons to evaluate patients, coordinate preoperative care, and manage surgical scheduling. They will also provide postoperative care, including rounding on patients, managing discharges, and conducting follow-up visits.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree as a Physician Assistant and possess a valid Basic Life Support certification. Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required.
