Job Details: Job Location: Kosciusko IN - Warsaw, IN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Full-Time Kosciusko County | Warsaw, Indiana $40.00/hour | Full-Time TK Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team serving the Kosciusko County facility in Warsaw, Indiana.

Position Highlights $40.00/hour Full-Time Consistent and meaningful patient interaction Opportunity to work with a diverse patient population Collaborative medical and behavioral health team Supportive correctional healthcare environment What You’ll Do As a Mental Health Professional with TK Health, you will provide behavioral health services to patients within the correctional setting.

Responsibilities May Include

Conducting mental health assessments and evaluations Providing individual counseling and therapeutic interventions Responding to psychiatric emergencies and providing crisis intervention Conducting suicide risk assessments and implementing appropriate interventions Providing substance use and addiction-related counseling, including support for patients receiving MAT services Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Coordinating care with medical, behavioral health, and correctional staff Making appropriate referrals for psychiatric evaluation and medication management Assisting with discharge planning and connecting patients with community resources Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation Providing behavioral health education and support to facility staff as appropriate Participating in on-call responsibilities when required

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or a related behavioral health field Current applicable Indiana behavioral health licensure, such as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or another qualifying professional license Strong clinical assessment, communication, and crisis-intervention skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Correctional or institutional experience is helpful but not required Full-Time
