Key Responsibilities
The occupational therapist will deliver in-home rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients, including evaluating mobility and developing individualized treatment goals. They are also responsible for implementing therapeutic programs and educating patients and families on recovery and preventive care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active occupational therapy (OT) license and a BLS CPR certification. Additionally, they need reliable transportation for home visits and basic proficiency with technology and EMR systems.
