Duties & Responsibilities
Provide inpatient infectious disease consultations at Gulf Coast Medical Center and HealthPark Medical Center campuses
Manage an average daily volume of 25 patients in an inpatient setting
Provide weekday and weekend day coverage from 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m.
- Collaborate with a team of 4 inpatient physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to credentialing and compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide inpatient infectious disease consultations and manage an average of 25 patients per day at Gulf Coast Medical Center and HealthPark Medical Center. Provide weekday and weekend coverage, collaborate with a team of four inpatient physicians, and maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
Requirements
Requires ABIM board certification in Infectious Disease, an active Florida medical license, BLS certification, and hospital privileges. Candidates must meet procedure log requirements and have a clean background and NPDB record, with an up-to-date CV and Lee Attestation Form.
