Job Description
Job Posting: Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Position: Part-Time – 1.5 Days Per Week
- Setting: On-Site
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services to students at one of our school sites in Pittsburgh, PA. The OT will support students in developing the functional, academic, and social skills needed to succeed in a school-based environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Adapt classroom activities and environments to meet individual student needs
Participate in IEP meetings and support the implementation of student goals
Ensure compliance with applicable state and district requirements
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Pennsylvania OT license
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and support staff
