Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will conduct clinical assessments, develop plans of care, and coordinate with physicians and hospice staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. They are responsible for prescribing medication, monitoring patient progress, and providing clinical supervision for the care team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an approved nursing school and possess a current, unencumbered advanced practice nurse license. At least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and a valid driver's license for travel are required.
