Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will develop and implement clinical care plans for patients with chronic and terminal illnesses while performing assessments and symptom management. They will also maintain communication with the medical team and attending physicians to coordinate optimal care and resources for patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an approved school of professional nursing and hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of operation. An active DEA license and the ability to travel to business locations are required, with one year of experience preferred.
