About the Role

Join San Antonio Behavioral Healthcare Hospital as a PRN Registered Nurse – Psychiatric, Texas License in San Antonio, Texas, United States. The Registered Nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients with mental health disorders or substance abuse use. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
