Key Responsibilities
Conducts clinical interviews, performs biopsychosocial assessments, and develops person-centered treatment plans for patients. Coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams and maintains accurate clinical documentation in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling and a valid Michigan license (LMSW/LPC). Two years of experience in behavioral health is preferred.
