Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from and accredited program.
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist.
- Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
- Current state licensure or license eligible.

Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services and conduct regular screenings to determine resident needs for intervention. Evaluate residents to develop and implement specialized treatment plans in coordination with families and team members.
