Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor will offer clinical and administrative oversight to staff providing structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes for behavioral health needs. This role involves managing direct care staff and overseeing the content and execution of in-home treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a related human services field and hold an independent New York State LCSW license. A minimum of two years of experience supervising clinicians working with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting is required.
