What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
- Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
- Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
Who You Are
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York
- An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
- Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
- Skilled in time management and documentation
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy through telehealth, conduct intake assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies; maintain EHR documentation; and provide case management, team participation, and crisis support as needed.
Requirements
Applicants must hold an active New York LCSW license and be bilingual in Spanish. They should be compassionate and experienced, able to manage their own schedule and caseload, available for some evenings and weekends, and have strong time-management and documentation skills, a laptop or computer, high-speed internet, and a phone.
