Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision for staff delivering structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for youth behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include managing direct care staff and overseeing the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field, along with independent New York State LCSW licensure. A minimum of two years of experience supervising clinicians working with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting is required.
