The Social Worker will coordinate discharge planning and continuum of care for psychiatric patients and their families across inpatient and comprehensive psychiatric emergency department programs. Requirements
Required criteria include a Master's Degree in Social Work, holding a Limited Permit (with exam date supplied prior to start), and being a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) by the State of New York. Previous experience working with a psychiatric patient population is preferred.
