The Bluestem Program will be the only treatment program in the nation where a person misusing substances, their partner, and their children receive holistic, full-family care in a home that’s all theirs. It’s a safe alternative to foster care that aims to end the cycle of addiction across generations.

Pay Range: $48,660 - $53,660

Requirements
BSW or other Bachelor’s degree (Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, etc), or equivalent experience

The counselor ensures the safety and well-being of families through supervision and crisis intervention within a residential treatment program. They also build community resources to support family sustainability and provide trauma-informed care to all family members.
