Key Responsibilities
The Registered Pharmacist provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service while accurately filling and/or verifying prescriptions and counseling patients according to all statutes and regulations. Responsibilities also include assisting with pharmacy inventory, coaching staff, and marketing pharmacy services to the community.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a college degree and current licensure in pharmacy, along with continuing education to maintain licensure, and typically six months to a year of related work experience. The role requires problem-solving abilities, arithmetic skills, and the capacity to handle frequent customer interactions and fast-paced retail environments.
