NIV Respiratory Therapist - Part-time

Timberland Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a part-time Respiratory Therapist (RT).

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate part-time RT to provide functional rehabilitation to both our short-term and long-term residents at our facility in the Fairlawn, OH.

This position prioritizes quality resident care and overall job performance, and minimizes attention to the traditional productivity measures placed on therapists.

The ideal candidate will understand and strive to develop resident-centered goals that are reflective of a successful return to prior levels of function and best qualities of life for our residents.
