Concordia Home Health and Hospice of Bethlen is a clinician-led home health agency that values heart, integrity, and personalized care. We're currently seeking a personable and motivated Speech Language Pathologist SLP to join our growing team. You’ll work 1:1 with adult and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes—helping them reclaim communication, swallowing function, and confidence in their daily lives. Concordia Home Health and Hospice of Bethlen is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a part-time position, to care for home bound patients in Ligonier Valley.

What you'll do as a Speech-Language Pathologist SLP
- Provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Evaluate speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
- Collaborate with nurses, PT/OTs, and physicians to ensure the best outcomes
Who you are as a Speech-Language Pathologist SLP
- Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in (PA)
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- 1+ years of experience (home health a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide skilled therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes to address speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and physicians to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania and ASHA CCC-SLP certification. A minimum of one year of experience is required, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
