- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, and function
- Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
- Monitor progress and maintain clinical documentation

Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility and reducing pain. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress, maintaining clinical documentation, and educating patients on recovery and injury prevention.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess an Ohio PT license or be eligible for licensure. Strong communication and patient care skills are required to effectively support the rehabilitation team.
