Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Family Smiles of Kingsville, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in Kingsville, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or an experienced dentist seeking strong clinical support, consistent patient demand, mentorship, continuing education, and the chance to grow in a supportive practice environment.

An experienced clinical and administrative team supports our dentists, so they can focus on providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care and building lasting relationships with patients.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
• Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
• Practice with clinical autonomy, with access to mentorship and support as needed.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
• Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active or eligible Texas dental license.
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in mentorship, professional development, and continued clinical growth.
• A team-oriented approach and commitment to a positive dental office culture.

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $40,000 total sign-on bonus, which includes a lodging stipend
• With a 2-year commitment
• Year 1: $14,000 sign-on bonus
• Year 1: $12,000 housing stipend ($1,000 per month for 12 months)
• Year 2: $14,000 sign-on bonus
• Potential income: $420,000-$470,400 yearly.
• Production-based compensation with guaranteed base pay.
• Up to 35% production.
