Key Responsibilities
The Oncology Nurse Navigator coordinates multidisciplinary care for adult hematology/oncology patients throughout their treatment journey. They act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital departments to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal health outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license and have at least three years of clinical nursing experience. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN) certification is required within three years of hire.
