Key Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing leads a team of RNs and LPNs to provide medical care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They are responsible for managing team performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing comprehensive nursing care plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing and a valid RN license in the assigned state. A minimum of two years of registered nurse experience and knowledge of state regulatory standards are required.
