Key Responsibilities
The psychologist will develop and monitor behavior support plans, conduct functional assessments, and provide individual counseling for individuals with developmental disabilities. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, facilitate staff training, and participate in psychiatric and medical reviews.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors, along with knowledge of psychological assessment and behavioral analysis. A BCBA degree is preferred, and specific certifications (407, 921) are required.
