Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner or PA-C assists physicians in delivering primary medical care by obtaining patient history and physical data. They also interpret findings to determine diagnostic procedures and manage patient treatment plans.

Requirements

Candidates must have formal training from an accredited physician assistant or graduate nursing program. Current Kentucky licensure and national certification as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant are required.
