Job Description
What If You Could Treat 6 Patients a Day, Earn $105K–$115K+, and Get Mentored by a Senior Level Clinician Every Week? That's not a hypothetical — it's the role we're building right now.
We started this practice to escape the high-volume corporate model, and three years in, we've built something rare: a boutique outpatient orthopedic clinic averaging just 6 patients per day, treating a highly active, athletic population alongside specialized neurological, concussion, and vestibular cases.
We have an active waitlist and are turning away qualified patients every week — this is proven demand, not a caseload you have to build from zero. Now we're looking for an experienced clinician (3–6 years in) who wants more than just a job.
You want to sharpen your clinical edge, work inside a system that already works, and have a genuine say in how a growing practice develops. What a Week Actually Looks Like
- A capped, protected schedule — no packing, no rushing, no burnout
- Weekly 1-on-1 case reviews with the practice owner covering advanced manual techniques and vestibular/concussion protocols
- Hands-on collaboration on your toughest cases — not theory, not a classroom, real patients in front of you
- Full autonomy running your own patient day, with a system and protocols already proven to deliver outcomes
- Direct input into how the clinic's clinical offerings evolve over the next year
What You'll Be Better At After 12 MonthsExpect to walk away with a deeper command of manual therapy techniques, a genuine specialization in vestibular and concussion management, and real insight into how a cash-based private practice is run and grown — skills you won't develop sitting in a 30-patient-a-day grind.
A Note on Timing — Addressed HonestlyStarting in late spring, the practice owner (and senior level clinician) will be out of the clinic for several months (still available for consultation). This isn't something we're glossing over — it's something we're planning for.
Before you ever accept an offer, we'll walk you through the full coverage and support plan together, so you know exactly what independence looks like and what backup is in place. This period isn't a gap in mentorship — it's the proof point of the trust and preparation we've built into this role. What We're Looking For
- Licensed PT with 3–6 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics
- Vestibular/concussion experience or strong interest — major plus
- A clinician who wants collaborative reasoning, not a silo
- Someone who takes ownership of their plans of care and is driven by genuinely great patient outcomes, not just filling a schedule
- Comfortable running your own day with confidence, without needing someone in the next room
- What You'll Get
- Base salary: $105,000–$115,000+, based on experience
- Weekly mentorship and hands-on technique development directly from the practice owner
- A sustainable, protected caseload — 6 patients a day, by design
- $500 annual CE credit
- Comprehensive medical insurance (PPO and HSA options)
- 2 weeks accrued PTO plus major holidays
- CA license renewal and liability insurance, fully covered
- A genuine voice in shaping how this practice grows
The Real OpportunityThis is a chance to do your best clinical work, earn well, specialize, and have an actual say in a practice that's still agile enough to shape — without giving up the independence you've already earned. We look forward to hearing from you, apply today!
