Be a Leader in Transforming Lives

Mountain Springs Recovery (an affiliate of Sunshine Behavioral Health) is more than just a treatment center—we're a sanctuary for healing, growth, and renewal. Our residential substance use treatment program is grounded in passion, integrity, dedication, and service.

We believe every person’s recovery journey deserves a hopeful, healthy ending. Join us in making that happen!

We’re looking for a compassionate, confident, and organized Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our medical team and help guide our clients safely through detox and early recovery.

You’ll oversee a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, and QMAPS,  provide direct care to clients, and ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective services are delivered at every turn. You’ll also be a key clinical voice in coordinating care and advancing our mission of sustainable sobriety.

What You'll Do

* Lead and support the nursing team in our detox and residential care programs.

* Oversee medication administration, detox services, and health education.

* Collaborate with providers to create and execute treatment plans.

* Review and sign off on all behavioral health nursing services.

* Track medical supplies, manage scheduling, and support staff training.

* Communicate with clients and families to provide reassurance, education, and support.

* Document everything accurately to meet compliance and quality standards.

What You'll Bring

* Current RN license, with ability to practice in Wisconsin.

* 3-5 years of nursing experience, ideally with substance use or behavioral health.

* 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.

* Strong communication with the ability to connect with clients and staff alike.

* Skills in documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving.

* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

* Bonus points for Utilization Review or EMR experience.

Benefits & More

* Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after just 60 days of employment!

* Retirement Planning: 401k with a 3% company match to help you invest in your future.

* Quarterly Bonus Program: Receive up to 10% of your quarterly earnings as a bonus based on company performance!

* Paid Time Off: Enjoy paid sick time, holiday pay, and PTO that starts accruing on your first day!

* Free Daily Meal: One complimentary meal per shift from our on-site (gourmet) cafeteria!

* Supportive Team Culture: Join a collaborative and compassionate work environment where your contributions are valued.

At Mountain Springs Recovery, we believe in the power of people—and that includes our team. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse, inclusive environment for all.
