Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and palliative care consultations across home, clinic, and inpatient settings. Participate in on-call rotations and weekend/holiday coverage while ensuring compliance with medical policies and regulations.

Requirements

Must be a licensed physician in Pennsylvania and board-certified or eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and a valid driver's license for home visits.
