Key Responsibilities

The Director of Quality/Risk Management is responsible for overseeing hospital-wide performance improvement programs and ensuring adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and legal standards. They also manage risk issues, oversee medical staff credentialing, and serve as the facility compliance officer.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active clinical license as an RN, PT, OT, SLP, or RT and possess at least three years of experience in quality or risk management. A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred, along with in-depth knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS regulatory standards.
