Key Responsibilities
The RN Case Manager supports the interdisciplinary team by coordinating utilization management, care planning, and discharge functions to enhance clinical outcomes. They are responsible for managing a designated patient caseload to ensure efficient resource use and effective length-of-stay management.
Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must hold a minimum of an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) and a current Alabama RN license. At least three years of acute care experience is required for this role.
