The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Inpatient Psychiatry physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

• John Muir Behavioral Health – Concord, California
• Patient mix includes adolescent, adult, and gero.
• An average of 30 patients per day; 3-4 patients per hour/
• Large hospital system with a combination of inpatient, outpatient, and adolescent programs.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
