Therapist, MST

• vision of the intensive services (i. e., therapists have a maximum of 6 cases), and enhances the maintenance of successful behavior change.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including sessions notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures. Collaborate with other professionals and service providers involved in client’s ecosystem, including social services, schools, court, mental health agencies, etc. Annual Salary: $50,000-55,000 Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Bachelors Degree considered with experience. Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to travel to clients homes and possibly transport multiple clients at once. Must live within a 90- minute travel time from the designated service area. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans. Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.
