About the Role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll work with children and their families to support communication, feeding, and language development goals using evidence-based, patient-centered interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans.
  • Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
  • Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
  • Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
  • Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
