  • Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our established and growing team

serving Baptist Memorial Health Care in Germantown, Tennessee, one of the most

sought-after communities in the Memphis metropolitan area. This unique

opportunity offers the rare combination of a thriving cardiac practice,

exceptional compensation, and a true 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, allowing

you to enjoy approximately half the year off while maintaining a highly

rewarding career.

Compensation & Incentives

  • $600,000 Base Salary
  • $100,000 Sign-On Incentive, Training Assistance or Student Loan Repayment
  • Relocation Assistance Available

Schedule

  • 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
  • Approximately 26 Working Weeks Per Year

Key Responsibilities

The role involves assisting in directing and coordinating activities within the Anesthesia Department and being responsible for the medical management of patients undergoing procedures where consciousness or pain sensation is altered. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining consent, discussing anesthetic options, and managing the patient's physiological condition during induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine, along with ECFMG and FLEX completion. A mandatory requirement is the completion of an approved residency in anesthesia and maintaining current licensure as a physician.
