Compensation and Benefits

• $238,800 Annual base salary
• 8 weeks PTO
• $10,400 Seniority Premium - 10+ years of experience
• $16,667 Commencement Bonus

Practice Environment

Anesthesia Supervision model

>40,000 cases | >6,000 births | >40 anesthetizing locations

• 5 facilities: 30-minute commute time between all locations
• Methodist University Hospital
• Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown
• Methodist North Hospital
• Methodist South Hospital
• Methodist Olive Branch Hospital – Olive Branch, MS
• General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical, NORA etc.

CRNAs practice to their full scope of practice and can perform regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines

>40 anesthetizing locations ORs + OB + NORA (Cath Lab, and GI)

• Flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s
• NO mandatory call

Qualifications

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS
• Board certification required.

ACLS | PALS | BLS
