Key Responsibilities
Develop and provide physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and prevent disabilities in patients. Independently evaluate patient medical history, create treatment plans, and document care while communicating with other medical providers.
Requirements
Requires a current and valid Physical Therapist license and Basic Life Support/CPR certification. One year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
