Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will conduct clinical evaluations and develop restorative or maintenance treatment plans for senior participants. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, manage durable medical equipment, and provide education to patients and caregivers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid California Physical Therapist license and possess at least one year of experience in a geriatric setting. Additionally, current BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications are required for this position.
