Job Description
Some of the most meaningful moments in physical therapy happen through developmental milestones that open up a whole new world for a young child. A baby learning to sit independently and explore their surroundings. A toddler taking those first steps toward greater mobility and independence. A preschooler developing the strength, balance, and confidence to run, climb, and play alongside friends.
At ACCESS Early Childhood, those moments are what our work is all about.
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who loves working with young children, sees the possibilities in every child, and wants to be part of a team that shows up for one another as much as they do for the children and families they serve.
Our therapists work alongside early childhood educators, evaluators, and other clinical professionals in a collaborative environment where expertise is valued, ideas are shared, and everyone works toward a common goal: helping young children build the foundational skills they need to learn, play, grow, and thrive.
A rewarding career with room for life outside of work
We know that meaningful progress doesn't happen by accident. It takes skilled therapists, the right resources, and a team that supports one another. We also believe the professionals doing this important work deserve time for their own lives.
At ACCESS, You'll Enjoy
- 15.5 paid holidays and 18 days of paid time off annually — a total of 33.5 paid days off
- No nights or weekends, with steady, predictable daytime schedules
- Competitive salaries with opportunities for milestone bonuses
- Paid professional licensure and continuing education (CEUs)
- Medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability coverage
- 401(k) with employer matching opportunities
- State-of-the-art therapy facilities designed specifically for pediatric care
- A collaborative environment where therapists, educators, and other professionals work together toward each child’s goals
- Opportunities to pursue professional interests through special projects and programs
- A family-friendly workplace that recognizes the importance of life beyond work

As a Physical Therapist at ACCESS Early Childhood, you'll help infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children develop the strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and gross motor skills they need to explore their environments, participate in play, and move through everyday activities with greater confidence and independence.

- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Current Arkansas licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills
- A genuine interest in working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- A collaborative, child- and family-centered approach to clinical care
