Job Description
Some of the most meaningful moments in physical therapy happen through accomplishments that bring greater independence, confidence, and opportunity to an adult’s life. An individual gaining the strength and balance to move more safely throughout their day.
Someone developing the mobility and endurance to participate more fully in work, recreation, and community activities. A family celebrating a new level of independence that makes everyday experiences more accessible and fulfilling.
At ACCESS Village, those moments are what our work is all about.
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who loves working with adults with disabilities,, recognizes the abilities and potential in every individual, and wants to be part of a team that shows up for one another as much as they do for the people they serve.
Our therapists work alongside other clinical professionals and direct support staff in a collaborative environment where expertise is valued, ideas are shared, and everyone works toward a common goal: helping adults with disabilities live more independent, active, and fulfilling lives.
A rewarding career with room for life outside of work
We know that meaningful progress doesn’t happen by accident. It takes skilled therapists, the right resources, and a team that supports one another. We also believe the professionals doing this important work deserve time for their own lives.
At ACCESS, You’ll Enjoy
- 15.5 paid holidays and 18 days of paid time off annually — a total of 33.5 paid days off
- No nights or weekends, with steady, predictable daytime schedules
- Competitive salaries with opportunities for milestone bonuses
- Paid professional licensure and continuing education (CEUs)
- Medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability coverage
- 401(k) with employer matching opportunities
- Therapy facilities and resources that support individualized care and functional skill development
- A collaborative environment where therapists and other professionals work together toward each individual’s goals
- Opportunities to pursue professional interests through special projects and programs
- A family-friendly workplace that recognizes the importance of life beyond work
Requirements

- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Current Arkansas licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills
- A genuine interest in working with adults with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities
- A collaborative, person-centered approach to clinical care
