Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold a terminal degree in Medicine or Osteopathy (MD or DO) and be board certified in Family Medicine. Applicants are also required to have graduated from an accredited Family Medicine Residency program and possess a current Colorado Medical License and DEA Certificate.
