Key Responsibilities
The Staff Physician performs advanced medical work, diagnosing and treating individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have complex medical or behavioral needs. They oversee the delivery of integrated medical services, develop health care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
Candidates must be licensed as a medical doctor by the State of Texas and possess a current DEA registration and NPI number. Graduation from an accredited medical or osteopathic school is required, with preference given to those with clinical experience and leadership skills.
