Key Responsibilities
Provide medical care to patients across various post-acute care facilities including assisted living and skilled nursing homes. Manage a diverse spectrum of pathology while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Must be board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Experience or interest in working with advanced practice providers and geriatric medicine is required.
