At Animal Medical Care Center & Cat Hospital, experienced veterinarians can receive a customizable first-year compensation package totaling up to $200K (based on experience).

You'll join a collaborative two-doctor team managing a diverse caseload that includes dogs, cats, exotics, birds, reptiles, and pocket pets, with regular opportunities to perform surgery and dentistry.

  • This package is designed to be flexible and achievable based on your experience and preferences.
  • Quick Snapshot

  • Strong, experienced technician support
  • Mix of wellness, sick visits, surgery, dentistry, and exotics (optional)
  • Consistent opportunities to perform surgery and dentistry
  • Rotating Saturdays only
  • Predictable scheduling with work-life balance
  • Established, diverse client base

What It’s Like to Practice Here

We are a well-established, multi-species practice that offers far more variety than a typical small-animal clinic.

You’ll see a diverse caseload including dogs, cats, exotics, pocket pets, birds, and reptiles — keeping your days engaging and professionally rewarding.

This is not a high-volume, high-pressure environment — you’ll have the time and support to work cases up appropriately and practice medicine thoughtfully.

Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and respect for clinical judgment. Doctors are trusted to manage their cases while having support readily available when needed.

We Prioritize

  • Appropriate appointment pacing
  • Skilled technician support
  • Collaborative case discussion when helpful
  • Predictable scheduling and work-life balance
  • A supportive, team-oriented culture
  • This is an excellent fit for a veterinarian who wants to utilize and continue developing their surgical and dental skills in a supportive environment.
  • Medical Capabilities & Equipment
  • You’ll have the tools and staff to manage a wide range of cases:
  • Advanced diagnostics
  • Fully equipped surgical suite
  • Dedicated dental capabilities
  • Multi-species treatment areas
  • Experienced support staff
  • Who This Role Is Ideal For
  • Experienced DVMs comfortable with general surgery and dentistry
  • Veterinarians who enjoy a varied, engaging caseload
  • Doctors interested in or open to exotics medicine (optional)
  • Clinicians seeking autonomy with strong support
